This was the year we started generating some serious new revenues and RoI for some seriously large retailers.
🌐 Streamlining integration for retailers
We welcomed new global sports retailers, mobile operators and department stores to our customer base, in large part thanks to our new integrations
The launch of our Omnichannel API and new connectors for Shopify, Salesforce and Magento makes it easier for retailers to seamlessly integrate with Cloudshelf—no need for costly custom solutions. A special shout-out to partners Cogent2, Patchworks and Customer Times for their incredible support!
Our Android app went live on the Google Play Store, joining our works-everywhere webapp, providing a simple way for retailers to get started with Cloudshelf and connect devices instantly.
🛍️ Effortless in-store purchases!
Cloudshelf expanded from being an entirely self contained experience, to one that connects to anything that is key to closing a sale.
Shoppers can now use QR code and RFID scanning to browse and purchase products in-store. Retailers can experience these features firsthand with demo units at The Barcode Warehouse’s ICE showroom.
Our Flexible kiosk payment offers shoppers options like mobile checkout via Shopify and Salesforce, card payments through Viva, and Buy Now Pay Later solutions like Alma—making in-store transactions seamless.
Through our collaboration with Star Micronics, retailers can now print payment and click-and-collect receipts directly from Cloudshelf kiosks.
🛠️ Even sleeker design, faster, more powerful & customisable
We released our Search Anything feature - empowering shoppers and staff to find any product, even if it’s not displayed on the kiosk screen.
Gaining our SOC 2 certification was a game-changer. Achieving this milestone ensures that Cloudshelf meets the highest standards for data security, building trust and confidence with our retail partners.
Theworld’s largest sports retailer praises the simplicity and ROI of our solution, highlighting its impact on innovative retail.
